Software Engineer
Job Description:
You will assist on a variety of projects that typically involve cryptologic systems, signal processing systems, simulation, and training. You may provide analysis, design, documentation, and programming in Java and/or C/C++.
Requirements:
- BS in engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Familiarity with basic computer science concepts, especially data structures and algorithms.
- 2-15+ yrs of experience. Pay based on experience.
- You have been an integral developer on a program of 8,000 lines or more.
- You are comfortable working in both Solaris and Windows environments.
- You are comfortable working independently.
- U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED. Applicants selected for some positions will be subjected to a government security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Effective written and oral communication skills
Not Required but Desired:
- Security Clearance
- DSP (Digital Signal Processing) knowledge and experience
- Experience with XML
- Experience with Microsoft Office
