Automatic RF Measurement Module (ARMM)
The Automatic Radio Frequency (RF) Measurement Module (ARMM) supports Specific Emitter Identification/Specific Emitter Verification (SEI/SEV) by providing detailed measurements against collected communication signals.
In theory, each emitter has its own “signature”; that is, a specific emitter has a set of characteristics (known as “features”) that are unique to the emitter, differentiating it from other emitters that transmit similar signals. ARMM automatically processes a collected waveform, extracts its features, associates those features with a specific emitter, and reports when an emitter-of-interest has been identified.
